Also I have started to do some research on Project Management [here onwards refered as PM]. First thing that I wanted to know was what makes projects delay, slip on the schedules, get overbudget n even crash. Luckly for me I didn&#8217;t need to look to far away. I checked out HFPMP authors blog and they have put up a fantastic presentation unsurprisingly titled Why Projects Fail. [...]</description>
